Refunds
Refunds and cancelling
How to get a card payment back, how to stop paying, and what changes when you pay for fewer boards.
Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who sells to you, and who refunds
If you pay by card, the plan is sold to you by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the seller of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your invoice and makes any refund, under its buyer terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The 14 days below are our own promise, on top of those terms. We never see your card number.
If you change your mind
Ask within 14 days of a payment and it is refunded in full. A refund also ends the plan from that day, so nothing renews.
To ask, write to contact@bravopin.com or use the contact form, and say the email address you paid with. You can also use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or ask Paddle at paddle.net.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Open your account, choose Your boards and payment, and then Card, invoices and cancelling, which opens Paddle’s page for your plan.
Your boards stay paid until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Nothing more is charged after that, and your account then goes back to the free service.
If we close a paid board or stop the service without your having broken the terms, or you leave over a change we make, the unused part you paid for is refunded — the terms at /terms say when.
Paying for fewer boards
You can pay for fewer private boards once you run no more than that many: remove a board you no longer need, then choose the lower number on the same page.
Before you confirm, the page shows what the change costs, or what is credited. Paddle works the change out over the days left in the period you have paid for. A board taken off leaves a credit for the part you will no longer use, and the credit comes off your next payment.
Plans on an order form
A plan sold on an order form is governed by that order form, which takes precedence over this page wherever they differ.
Your rights under the law
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have by law, including, if you are a consumer, your rights under mandatory consumer law. The terms at /terms say what else applies to the service.
